Sáng ngày 16/10/2026, Trường THCS Vương Thừa Vũ tổ chức tiếp sóng Hội nghị học tập, quán triệt Nghị quyết Hội nghị Ban Chấp hành Trung ương lần thứ tư, khóa XIV. Tham dự hội nghị có toàn thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên nhà trường. Địa điểm tại phòng Hội đồng sư phạm, Trường THCS Vương Thừa Vũ.
Học tập, quán triệt nghị quyết của Đảng là đợt sinh hoạt chính trị có ý nghĩa sâu sắc, góp phần nâng cao nhận thức, củng cố niềm tin, bồi đắp bản lĩnh chính trị và tăng cường sự thống nhất trong tư tưởng, ý chí và hành động của đội ngũ cán bộ, đảng viên, viên chức và người lao động. Thông qua hội nghị, cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên nhà trường có cơ hội nghiên cứu, tiếp thu những nội dung trọng tâm, những quan điểm chỉ đạo và định hướng lớn được đề ra tại Hội nghị Ban Chấp hành Trung ương lần thứ tư, khóa XIV. Qua đó, mỗi cá nhân tiếp tục nâng cao nhận thức về vai trò, trách nhiệm của mình trong việc thực hiện chủ trương, đường lối của Đảng, chính sách, pháp luật của Nhà nước; đồng thời chủ động liên hệ với thực tiễn công tác, xác định rõ những nhiệm vụ cần tập trung thực hiện trong thời gian tới.
Việc học tập, quán triệt Nghị quyết không chỉ là yêu cầu về nhận thức mà còn là cơ sở quan trọng để chuyển hóa tinh thần, nội dung nghị quyết thành hành động cụ thể, thiết thực trong từng lĩnh vực công tác. Mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên cần phát huy tinh thần tự giác học tập, ý thức tu dưỡng, rèn luyện, trách nhiệm nêu gương và quyết tâm hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ được giao.
Đối với Trường THCS Vương Thừa Vũ, việc học tập, quán triệt Nghị quyết có ý nghĩa thiết thực trong việc xây dựng đội ngũ nhà giáo vững vàng về tư tưởng chính trị, chuẩn mực về đạo đức, tận tâm với nghề và trách nhiệm với học sinh; góp phần xây dựng môi trường giáo dục kỷ cương, nền nếp, dân chủ, an toàn và nhân văn.
Từ những nội dung được tiếp thu tại hội nghị, mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên cần chủ động vận dụng phù hợp vào quá trình thực hiện nhiệm vụ; không ngừng nâng cao tinh thần trách nhiệm, ý thức tổ chức kỷ luật, đạo đức nghề nghiệp và năng lực chuyên môn. Đối với đội ngũ giáo viên, việc cụ thể hóa tinh thần học tập Nghị quyết được thể hiện bằng những việc làm gần gũi, thiết thực: đổi mới phương pháp dạy học, nâng cao chất lượng giáo dục, quan tâm đến sự tiến bộ của từng học sinh, xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt đẹp giữa thầy và trò, phối hợp chặt chẽ với cha mẹ học sinh và tích cực xây dựng văn hóa học đường.
Mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên cũng cần phát huy tinh thần đoàn kết, chủ động, sáng tạo; thực hiện nghiêm túc các quy định của ngành và của nhà trường; lấy tinh thần trách nhiệm, hiệu quả công việc và chất lượng giáo dục làm thước đo cho sự nỗ lực, phấn đấu của bản thân. Qua đó, góp phần xây dựng tập thể sư phạm vững mạnh, tạo nền tảng để nhà trường không ngừng đổi mới, phát triển và hoàn thành tốt các nhiệm vụ chính trị được giao. Hội nghị là dịp để mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường THCS Vương Thừa Vũ tiếp tục nâng cao ý thức trách nhiệm, củng cố tinh thần đoàn kết, phát huy vai trò tiên phong, gương mẫu trong công tác và cuộc sống; đồng thời thể hiện quyết tâm đưa những nội dung đã học tập vào thực tiễn bằng những hành động cụ thể, phù hợp với vị trí và nhiệm vụ được giao.
Với tinh thần nghiêm túc, trách nhiệm và cầu thị, tập thể nhà trường tiếp tục xác định việc học tập, quán triệt nghị quyết của Đảng là nhiệm vụ thường xuyên, gắn liền với quá trình tu dưỡng, rèn luyện và thực hiện nhiệm vụ chuyên môn. Mỗi cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên là một nhân tố tích cực trong việc lan tỏa tinh thần trách nhiệm, ý thức kỷ cương, khát vọng cống hiến và quyết tâm đổi mới; cùng chung sức xây dựng tổ chức Đảng vững mạnh, tập thể sư phạm đoàn kết, nhà trường phát triển bền vững. Học tập nghị quyết để hiểu sâu hơn, tin tưởng vững vàng hơn và hành động trách nhiệm hơn. Đó cũng chính là tinh thần mà tập thể cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên Trường THCS Vương Thừa Vũ hướng tới, góp phần đưa các chủ trương, đường lối của Đảng vào cuộc sống, xây dựng nền giáo dục ngày càng phát triển, đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới trong giai đoạn hiện nay.
On the morning of October 16, 2026, Vương Thua Vu Lower Secondary Schoolheld an online broadcastof the Conference on studying and implementing theResolution of the 4th Plenum of the 14th CentralCommittee of the CommunistParty of Vietnam. The conference was attended by all schooladministrators,teachers, and staff members and took place in the School Council Meeting RoomatVương Thua Vu Lower Secondary School.
Studying and implementing the Party’s resolutions is a politically significant activitythat helps raiseawareness, strengthen confidence, foster political integrity, andpromote unity in thought, will, andaction among cadres, Party members, publicemployees, and workers.
Through the conference, the school’s administrators, teachers, and staff had theopportunity to studyand gain a deeper understanding of the key contents, guidingprinciples, and major orientationsoutlined at the 4th Plenum of the 14th CentralCommittee. This enabled each individual to furtherenhance their awareness oftheir role and responsibilities in implementing the Party’s guidelines andpolicies,as well as the State’s laws and regulations. At the same time, participants wereencouragedto relate the conference’s content to their professional practice andidentify the key tasks to focuson in the coming period.
Studying and implementing the Resolution is not merely a requirement for raisingawareness; it isalso an important foundation for translating its spirit and contentinto concrete and practical actionsin every area of work. Each administrator,teacher, and staff member should promote a proactiveattitude toward learning,personal development, and self-discipline, uphold the responsibility toset a goodexample, and strive to fulfill all assigned duties to the best of their ability.
For Vương Thua Vu Lower Secondary School, studying and implementing theResolution is particularlymeaningful in developing a teaching workforce that ispolitically steadfast, ethically exemplary, dedicatedto the teaching profession,and committed to students. These effortswill help build a strong teaching workforce, laying the foundation forthe school tocontinuously innovate, develop, and successfully fulfill its assigned political tasks.
The conference provided an opportunity for every administrator, teacher, andstaff member at VươngThua Vu Lower Secondary School to further strengthentheir sense of responsibility, reinforce solidarity,and promote their pioneering andexemplary roles in both professional work and daily life. It alsoreaffirmed theirdetermination to translate the knowledge gained into concrete actions appropriatetotheir positions and assigned responsibilities.
