Tại buổi làm việc, Đoàn kiểm tra đã tiến hành kiểm tra, rà soát các nội dung liên quan
công tác quản lý, sử dụng biên chế; việc quản lý, sử dụng đội ngũ viên chức, người lao động và việc ký kết, thực hiện hợp đồng lao động tại nhà trường trong năm 2025–2026.
Nhà trường đã nghiêm túc chuẩn bị hồ sơ, tài liệu theo yêu cầu, đồng thời báo cáo và cung cấp các thông tin liên quan phục vụ công tác kiểm tra. Các nội dung trao đổi được thực hiện trên tinh thần nghiêm túc, thẳng thắn, trách nhiệm, góp phần rà soát việc thực hiện các quy định trong công tác quản lý đội ngũ và sử dụng biên chế tại đơn vị.
Thông qua buổi kiểm tra, nhà trường có thêm cơ hội rà soát, đánh giá và hoàn thiện công tác quản lý nhân sự, hồ sơ biên chế và hợp đồng lao động, bảo đảm thực hiện đúng các quy định hiện hành, góp phần nâng cao hiệu quả quản lý và thực hiện tốt nhiệm vụ giáo dục của nhà trường.

INSPECTION DELEGATION OF THE PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF DAI THANH COMMUNE INSPECTS THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF STAFFING AND THE SIGNING OF LABOR CONTRACTS AT VUONG THUA VU LOWER SECONDARY SCHOOL
On the afternoon of September 21, 2026, at the Meeting Room of Vuong Thua Vu Lower Secondary School, the Inspection Delegation of the People’s Committee of Dai Thanh Commune conducted an inspection of the management and use of staffing and the signing of labor contracts at Vuong Thua Vu Lower Secondary School, in accordance with Decision No. 8073/QD-UBND issued by the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dai Thanh Commune.
The Inspection Delegation included:
🔹 Mr. Tran Phu Nam – Deputy Head of the Division of Culture and Social Affairs.
🔹 Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh – Specialist of the Division of Culture and Social Affairs, Secretary of the Delegation.
🔹 Mr. Nguyen Dinh Chien Thang – Staff member of the Division of Culture and Social Affairs.
During the working session, the Inspection Delegation reviewed and examined matters related to the management and use of staffing; the management and employment of civil servants, public employees and employees; as well as the signing and implementation of labor contracts at the school during the 2025–2026 period.
The school had carefully prepared the required documents and records, and provided relevant reports and information in support of the inspection. The discussions were conducted in a serious, open and responsible manner, contributing to a review of the implementation of regulations on staff management and staffing utilization at the school.
Through the inspection, the school had an opportunity to review, assess and further improve its management of personnel, staffing records and labor contracts, ensuring compliance with current regulations and contributing to more effective management and the successful implementation of the school’s educational duties.
